The Evolution

October 2020:

Like many of us, my mental health hangs on by a thread. I hop on a Zoom call and I'm hit with the gut punch: I've been laid off from a successful 15+ year sales career in the media and entertainment industry. This event triggers a life-changing pivot.

February 2021:

I pack my bags, flee the lockdown in Europe, and move to a coastal beach town on Mexico's Caribbean Sea. What unfolds is a transformational journey that fundamentally rewires my life view. In the process, I burn all the 'shoulds' on which I have built my life, and I finally learn to live as I am versus as I should be.

The podcast 'My Most Authentic Life' is born.

2023:

​

My Most Authentic Life experiences significant growth within the podcasting industry, including acceptance into the prestigious Audio Podcast Fellowship at Stonybrook University in New York.

​

March 2024:

I step on stage as a speaker at Podcast Movement Evolutions in Los Angeles, the world's largest gathering of podcasters.
